Terms and Conditions

  1. Contractual relationships are established exclusively between Kunz Theatre GmbH (hereinafter: the Organizer) and the rightful ticket holder.

  2. A paid admission ticket entitles the holder to a single visit to the Alexander Kunz Theatre on the specified date. The ticket is no longer valid once you leave the venue. The admission price includes the show and the current menu. All other services, such as beverages, merchandise, tobacco products, coat check, etc., are charged separately.

  3. The guest will be seated by the organizer within the category for which the ticket was purchased, without the right to choose a specific table. If the guest does not attend on the day of the event, the ticket is forfeited.
  4. We expressly reserve the right to reschedule or relocate the event. If the organizer reschedules or relocates the event, tickets may be refunded only up to two days before the final event date. Refunds after that time are not permitted.

  5. The ticket holder may not, as a general rule, reschedule or cancel a reservation after the fact; however, the organizer reserves the right to offer rescheduling on a case-by-case basis as a gesture of goodwill. If a visitor requests a date change, a rescheduling fee of €15 per booking will apply, provided the organizer is able to accommodate the rescheduling. The organizer also reserves the right to cancel the ticket booking in exceptional cases, particularly in cases of suspected misuse or fraud.
  6. Claims for damages are excluded unless the organizer, its legal representative, or its agent acted with intent or gross negligence and no material contractual obligations were breached.

  7. Impending events of force majeure or weather-related hazards to visitors (heavy rain, thunderstorms, hail, storms) entitle the organizer to cancel one or more events, even on short notice. If possible, the organizer will attempt to schedule alternative dates; however, the organizer is under no obligation to do so. If no alternative date is scheduled or if the event is canceled for other reasons, the ticket holder will receive a refund of the admission price upon returning the ticket to the ticket outlet where the ticket was purchased.

  8. The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program or to replace individual performers or artists. No refunds will be granted as a result.

  9. Bringing audio and video recording devices, hazardous items, or animals into the venue is not permitted. The organizer determines which items fall under this prohibition. The organizer is authorized to temporarily take possession of such items until the end of the event; the visitor bears the risk associated with their safekeeping. Failure to comply with this prohibition will result in removal from the venue. Audio and video recordings of any kind—including those for personal use—are not permitted. Cell phones must be turned off completely during the event; otherwise, the visitor will be removed from the venue or the device will be confiscated by the organizer. Violations will be prosecuted under criminal law.

  10. The ticket holder agrees, without compensation from the organizer, that, within the scope of the event, the organizer may create, reproduce, broadcast, or arrange for the broadcast of images of the ticket holder that go beyond the mere reproduction of a current event—in particular, images that involve the ticket holder’s right to one’s own image—and use such images in audiovisual media. This consent is granted without any time or geographical restrictions.

  11. The organizer processes personal data in compliance with the data protection provisions applicable to the contract. The data (such as name, address, email, phone number, etc.) is collected, processed, and used by the organizer via automated means to the extent necessary for the establishment, structuring, or modification of the contractual relationship, and is subsequently deleted in accordance with data protection regulations. The organizer is entitled to transfer this data to third parties commissioned by it to carry out the sales contract, in compliance with data protection regulations, to the extent necessary to fulfill the concluded contracts. The data will not be disclosed to third parties for advertising purposes.

  12. The organizer’s house rules, particularly the instructions given by service staff, must be observed. Entering the stage or the stage area is prohibited. Guests are permitted to use only the public areas of the venue. Guests must comply with the parking and venue regulations as well as the instructions given by staff.
  13. Binding reservations and ticket purchases made via the Internet or online are at your own risk. The reservation websites do not currently use any encryption standards or other security measures. The data is stored centrally and processed electronically.

  14. The organizer makes no warranty regarding the timeliness, accuracy, completeness, or quality of the information provided. Claims for damages against the organizer arising from events resulting from the use or non-use of incorrect and/or incomplete information provided by the organizer are excluded, unless, in an individual case, a breach of duty attributable to the organizer—whether intentional or due to gross negligence—has caused injury to life, limb, or health.

    All offers are subject to change and non-binding. The organizer reserves the right to change, supplement, or delete parts of the pages or the entire offer without prior notice.

  15. The organizer’s website contains links to external websites. The respective provider or operator of the linked website is responsible for its content. The organizer cannot be expected to continuously monitor the content of the linked sites without specific evidence of a legal violation. If a legal violation comes to light, the organizer will immediately remove the relevant links.

  16. Guestbooks, discussion forums, and mailing lists are provided free of charge by the organizer. The user cannot derive any rights from this. The organizer reserves the right to discontinue this service without prior notice. The user agrees not to publish any posts or similar content that goes beyond the scope of freedom of speech. The organizer is under no obligation to review such content. In the event of a complaint, the organizer will delete the relevant posts without being required to review them first.

  17. The organizer endeavors to observe the copyrights of the graphics, audio files, video clips, and texts used in all publications; to use graphics, audio files, video clips, and texts created by the organizer itself; or to rely on royalty-free graphics, audio files, video clips, and texts. All trademarks and brand names mentioned on this website—including those that may be protected by third parties—are subject without restriction to the provisions of applicable trademark law and the ownership rights of their respective registered owners. The mere mention of a trademark does not imply that it is not protected by the rights of third parties!The copyright for published pages created by the organizer remains with the organizer. Reproduction, use, or publication of such graphics, audio files, video clips, texts, etc., in other electronic or printed publications is not permitted without the express consent of the organizer.

  18. There are no oral side agreements. Any amendments or additions to these General Terms and Conditions must be made in writing. The place of performance and venue is Mannheim. The invalidity or ineffectiveness of individual provisions of this contract shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
